Loaded Avocado and Egg Toast

Whole wheat toast topped with avocado and egg, sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 avocado , mashed
  • everything bagel seasoning , to taste

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread to desired doneness.
  2. Scramble up two eggs.
  3. Mash avocado in a bowl with a fork.
  4. Spread toasts with mashed avocado and then top with scrambled eggs.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top to desired taste.
