The MEDication Freedom Method program

This program is designed to help adults lose weight, manage their blood sugar, and improve their heart health through lifestyle changes. Whether you have one area you want to focus on or several, this program will help you build the healthy habits that are essential to reducing your need for medication.

What does the program include?

  • Visits scheduled every 2-4 weeks (depending on schedule availability) for a total of 10 visits to help you stay on track with your goals.
  • Specific goals set at each visit to help take small actionable steps towards reducing your need for medication
  • All visits up to 75 minutes each
  • Nutrition summaries sent via email the following day after each appointment so you don’t have to take detailed notes during the visit
  • Email and phone support between visits
  • Educational materials throughout the program personalized to you and your needs
  • Complimentary gift midway through the program to help you with your meal planning & heath goals
  • Optional support package to help you stay accountable and keep you on track via weekly text check-ins and lifelong access to my resource library*

Pricing

$1800 paid in full or 5 monthly payments of $360 when paying out of pocket.
Insurance coverage may be available. I am in-network with Aetna, UHC, Medicare, and Cigna.
*The support package is an optional service that is out-of-pocket only in addition to the price of the program – $200 per month.

Who may not be the best fit for my services:

  • People who have significant kidney issues (I can refer you to another RD who may be a better fit)
  • Those who have an active eating disorder (I can refer you to another RD who can best help you)
  • Individuals who are looking for food sensitivity testing or want to review their food testing results
  • Those who want to follow a diet such as Carnivore, Keto, South Beach, Atkins, detox, etc.
