Cancellation/”No Show” Policy (Effective December 1st, 2017)
If unexpected emergencies come up or you get sick and can’t make it to your scheduled appointment, I understand, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time. If it is after office hours, please leave a voicemail at (720) 722-3438 or send me an email at email@example.com.
If you fail to come to your appointment without contacting me prior to your scheduled time or give less than 12 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment, it will be deemed a “no-show”. A “no show” will be charged $75 to cover the cost of preparation and time blocked for other patients. An invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of scheduling and expected to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
