If you rely on accountability to lose weight, a new service I am offering is photo food journaling through the MealLogger phone app might be just the right thing for you. Clients can take a picture of their meal up to three times per week to receive feedback from me on how it can be improved or see if they are on the right track towards their goals in between sessions. This service includes two 15-minute follow-up phone calls to discuss your progress each month. Ask me about this service at your next appointment.
